We offer a range of exclusive, helicopter-assisted hiking adventures in the Selkirk and Monashee mountain ranges just west of the Canadian Rockies. The glaciers of the last ice age still linger on the highest peaks here, having sculpted the mountains into high hanging valleys and sparkling alpine tarns that boast pure, ice-cold water. Hiking in these mountains surrounds you with a rugged beauty that is somehow timeless and yet ever-changing. A breeze ruffles the surface of the tarn, a mountain goat with a young kid appears on a nearby slope, and suddenly the scenery is brand new again…

We’ve spent years in these mountains, and we know just where to go to fulfill your hiking dreams. One of our favorite spots is the Monashee Gold Range, where we hike at very comfortable altitudes of 6,500 to 8,500 feet. Terrain here ranges from glacier-capped peaks to meadows lush with wildflowers, from scree slopes to alpine forests. We tailor the pace and the terrain to your preferences, whether you want an easy stroll or a more challenging hike: it’s your choice.

Our highly qualified guides, internationally certified under the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides, lead your group, taking care of all the details while sharing their knowledge of the alpine plants, the watchable wildlife (from raucous gray jays to comical burrowing marmots), and the geology and history of these special places.
