Flying into Canada – Carry on Restrictions

Liquid, Gels, or Aerosols:
Passengers will be permitted to carry liquids, gels and aerosols through security at Canadian airports if the items are in containers that are 100 ml/100 grams or less and are in a clear and re-sealable plastic bag with a capacity of 1 litre or less. One bag per passenger is allowed.

Liquid prescription medicine is permitted as long as the name on the label matches the name on the passenger’s ticket or boarding pass. Other essential non-prescription liquid medicines will continue to be permitted and do not have to follow the container restriction sizes and are not required to be placed in a plastic bag.
